PBS DEPENDANT EXTENSION TIER 1 WHEN HUSBAND ON ILR

Hi,

My wife is currently on Tier 1 PBS DEPENDANT. I now have got my ILR via 10 year Route. I need to extend my wife's visa. She has been in UK for 3 years now.

Do I need to apply to extend her tier 1 dependent visa or do I need to apply for family (FLR) Visa please?

She only has the option of switching to FLR(M), which will reset her clock to zero and a new 5 year (2 x 2.5 year visas) route to ILR. She loses her time spent as PBS Dependent as it cannot be combined with time spent on FLR(M) to make up 5 years.

She must meet the English and financial requirement.
