PBS dependant Visa to Tier 2 ICT

Hi

I have a tier 2 general Visa and travelling to UK next month.

My wife has a tier 2 dependant Visa and she is planning to travel with me

My wife's current employer is offering to give her a tier 2 ICT.

If we opt to go with ICT Visa then will that be a good idea?

ICT isn't a good idea if you plan to settle.
