PBS dependents visa extension while waiting for main applicant ILR decision

Post by Cvijay » Mon Aug 03, 2020 1:44 pm

Hello Experts,

I am eligible to apply for ILR under Tier 2 general 5 years route and waiting for priority service to restart to use (or else I will go with the regular route, but I have decided to wait until the last week before my Visa expires). Meanwhile, my family is 9 months short from applying for ILR as they arrived in the UK 9 months later, I came in.

Now that I need to apply for my PBS dependent visa extension, my question is, how do I link between the mine and my family application, as PBS dependent application is asking for BRP details! Can I use my current BRP details which expires on SEP 21 2020 along with my family? Or do I need to use any other references?

Please advise.

Thanks,
Vijay

Please ask your PBS Dependent extension questions in your existing topic you already have. These questions are not relevant to the ILR sub forum.
