Permanent resident document

Hi everyone hope all safe and well


I have been away for while from this site

Just moving forward with spouse permanent residence

Really last step with very stressful journey not easy

Anyway just getting all document together
I would like someone to give me clear idea when possible about what all I need to provide for permanent residency or ilr ( set o )

My spouse come on the 28.08.2016
I believe 5 years count from this date up to 5 years
Which is 31.07.2021 the early she can apply pls advice if this is wrong
Pay slides how many months
Evidence is it has to be last 5 years
How much is the fee
