PLEASE HELP - PBS dependent -IHS fee overcharging and not able to Amend

I am already on ILR and now am applying for PBS visa extension for my wife and daughter.
They need one more year visa to become eligible for ILR. I completed the online application form and proceeded for IHS fee payment,it asked for my BRP card details so I added my BRP expiry year as 2024. It asking me to pay total IHS fee as £4400(£2200 for each). I checked the posts here and realised that I should have changed my expiry date to 3 years from now. I checked for changing the expiry date its not allowing me to do that, whenever I go for IHS payment it's directly displaying the high amount (which was calculated based on my actual BRP expiry date). Even my application is locked now, not able to edit or restart. Is that mean my application already submitted.

can someone please help me, I don't have money to pay this overcharge. How can I correct my IHS fee.

Start again with a different email id.

Put ILR expiry date for a date in 2022, ie if you apply today, you put 5 October 2022.

I am not sure whether my current application got submitted or not. I have completed declaration section and now all sections got disabled. When exactly application considered as submitted, I am worried about this because as you know when you start new application it asks for
'Do you currently have an application with the Home Office for leave to remain for which you have not yet received a decision? '

This is relevant to an application that is already pending a decision with HO that was already submitted and paid.
