thanks yankeegirl, am from nigeria if i applied for EU1 it is an automatic to approved my residence or they can denied me. as i said i have 5 years staying permit issued based on marriage and which also recognise in all eu according to eu law. .

2. if my residence approved how many years?

Hi felix,

Nothing is ever automatic. Just make sure your application includes all the information they ask for. You will need things like proof of marriage (your marriage certificate) and proof of legal residence in Greece (your residence permit).

Have a look here for the application forms and guidance.

Also, here is a list of Irish consulates in Greece. Contact them as I think you will have to apply for a visa to enter Ireland. Once you enter Ireland, you can apply to remain using form EU1.
