Dear Members,
I have a question about travel documents.
My case is the following: I am dual national, Italian and Brazilian. I have been living in the UK for the last 6 years, I am settled in the UK. My Italian passport is retained by the homeoffice because of my child British citizenship application.
I have to go to Brazil for a health problem in my family. For this travel, in order to save time, I intend to use my Brazilian passport, instead of require my Italian passport back. I think that the only issue could arise on my return to the UK at the airport's immigration desk, because I am not going to have my Italian passport on my hands. I am going to have my Brazilian passport, instead.
Please, I would like to have some opinions about my case.
Is this possible to travel out of the uk, by using my Brazilian passport?
Thanks
