Urgent Help Required Booked tomorow appointment

I made a mistake in question assessed by institute through portfolio and references, i said no in reply, though i have submitted references and interview was taken as well by the university i was going to do masters, so does it ignorable or in other case what should i do because i am not able to edit the application and paid fees and booked tomorrow appointment as well
