Promotion under Tier 2 general in new part of the company

Dear All,

I would really appreciate if you can help me with the following

My current Tier 2 leave to remain is valid till December 2016. I have been offered a new position. My current title is Language Editor and I have been offered new title Social Media Community Manager. In order for my new position to stay within the same SOC code (2471) my company is ready to change new title to Social Media Community Editor.
Also our HR is confused as I have been offered a promotion in the new part of our company called – XX Services Company UK Limited Limited and the company which holds sponsorship license is XX (UK) Ltd. Will new company need to apply for separate visa license?
