Business unit - organizational change

Hi

My company is planning to make our project team/product a separate "business unit". Will this have any impact on my current T2-G visa ?

There wont' be any changes to my current work, salary, etc

I don't see any impact on your current visa if your role remains the same. I'm assuming the new business unit will continue to be part of the same organisation.

Best to confirm that the current legal entity is still your actual employer going forward. If they hive off the new unit into a new company then action will be needed to either include the new company as a branch in the licence or they would need to get a new licensce in their new company own right.
Co ownership of companies does not confer the right to use the licence to staff associated companies.
