JR Section 3c

Hi,

I have a quick question. If someones ilr and AR is rejected and he is going for JR. Does section 3c applies to him? Can he working while waiting for JR decision?

I understand that if the JR decision is negative then he will be classed as overstayed. but until he is waiting for JR decision can he continue to work?

You can try your luck to get a job. But technically 3c does not apply during a JR, with my experience an ECS by an employer will come up as negative.

No, s.3C doesn't apply.
