Question about the FLR (IED) form

Hi all,

I am just looking at the FLR (IED) form and Section two is about the details of the applicants. I will be applying for FLR, along with my partner who shall be my Spouse.

Do I just list myself in Section #1, and then list my partner in Section #7, Question 33.

Or should I also list my partner in Section #1 as well?

As I am applying for FLR and also have a spouse do I pay 2 x £121 or just 1 x £121.
