Immigration Health Surcharge query to fill form

Hi Guys,

Last Wednesday I have drop the application for my wife and kids for Settlement visa from India but forget to provide IHS number with the application covering letter.
On the same day evening I got a call from VFS asking for IHS number. Then I have provided to them over the phone.

However I got the confirmation mail. confirming the application number is tying up with IHS number.

Could any one let me know How should i provide IHS number to BHC now.
Your help and support will be much appreciated.
