Hi,

I am a non EU national and wish be apply for ILR for myself and my wife.

Little background about my case :

Wedding Plans = Mid Feb.
Wife's Arrival to UK = March 2nd week.
Eligibility for ILR = March 3rd week.
Expiry of current Work Permit = Mid April.


Seeing the above dates,

1) Is my wife elligible to get a WP holder's dependent visa, soon after the wedding ?

2) Would my wife be eligible to apply for ILR along with me ?

Expiry of current Work Permit = Mid April. <== is there any chance of your WP getting extended???

hi,
sure this is a chance of getting my WP extended ..... however, I dont want to handover my passport until I return after my wedding and as far as I am aware getting WP extended is taking as long as 3 months ... which is bit ummmmmmmmm ..... correct me if I am wrong.
