Did you get ILR based on T1G and 5 years residence?

How long has your spouse been living in the UK?

Hi CR001,

Over the weekend I paid for IHS and filled online application form but haven't posted yet

In Documents Section of the online form it only mention following documents to send just wondering are these enough or I have to send more?

Mandatory documents:
passport
photo
BRP card

Other documents:
bank statement

The set of documents in your original post look good.

Worth adding documentation (bank stmts, council tax, gas & energy bills) in your name too, to prove that the relationship and marriage is still existent. I don't believe this is mandatory, but worth including.

Hi O_Relly,

Thanks for your reply

Council tax and water bills are under both of our names but bills generated annually I do have both last generated bills but water bill online available online so I can only print copy do you suggest it should suffice?

If you have council tax bills for the last 2 years with both your names, that is more than enough.
