Tier 1 Dependend visa - IHS Fee

Hi,

I am planning to apply for my wife's dependent visa. She is currently Tier-1 visa dep, and her visa expire in July 2017. However, to complete 5 year , she need ext for another 5 months. In mean time, I have become British Citizen. However she will still apply as Tier 1 dep. Hence she need to apply for ext. I have following question.

1. What will be the IHS fee? I think it will be £600.
2. On IHS payment site, they ask for main applicant's visa expiry date. I am not sure what should I need to give here as I am a British Citizen now.!!!

2. She must apply ALONE. Do not put your details in as it will calculated a huge amount.

I am trying to submit this visa application using online form. During this process, it sending us to IHS payment portal, where main applicant details are pre-populated (except visa expiry date). It seems I can't remove my name from here. Any idea?
