Health surcharge

Hi,

Please can you let me know what should be the NHS health surchrage for 1 adult and 2 child to apply for Tier1 general dependent .I am on ILR?

I have selected the below drop down options on the website

What is their visa route?
Selected Tier1(General)
What is their visa expiration date?
Entered my ILR expiry date

The system calculates immigration health surcharge as 0 for my child.

I am bit confused.I am on ILR and family need to apply for tier1 general dependent extension as they have completed 4 years .They arrived UK on Feb 2013.

I am going to apply for citizenship soon and I am not sure which option to select to calculate the immigration health charge.

Please can you help.

What is their visa route?
Selected Tier1(General) Yes or Tier 1 General Partner / Children
What is their visa expiration date?
Entered my ILR expiry date No, they must apply alone otherwise it won't calculate correctly. You must not put your details in.

IHS should be £600 for each person applying, children included.
