Urgent Query wrt OCI... Appointment scheduled tmrw

Hi .. My wife is applying for OCI tomorrow based on her Indian passport and surrender certificate. I applied mine in October and followed all the checkpoints ..Got my OCI Successfully..
Can someone confirm if the following documents are enough .. I want to ensure nothing new has been added from October 2016 to now .. I was away.

1)Application form ..
2)Printed & signed copy of the declaration form
3)2 photographs of the applicant.The photograph should be in colour and of the size of 2 inch x 2 inch
4)British Passport ( Original)
5)Copy of Naturalization Certificate ( Original)
6)Surrender certificate of the passport (Original) ..
7)2 return envelopes to send the original documents/stamped passport and OCI card per application safely, once processed, at the time of submission.
