PEO appointment booking online

Hi ,
I am booking PEO appointment online for my wife and 2 kids.After filling all details the final section shows as
Premium Service Appointment Booking
Wifename
Premium Service Appointment Booking Dependant Child
child1 name
Premium Service Appointment Booking Dependant Child
child2 name

Is this right.please let me know.

Hi,

I am trying to book PEO appointment,the system displays the below details.I am confused as my wife details shows as "application for tier 1 (general) and children as dependant. Is it correct that wife is applying under correct category as "tier 1 dependant". I don't understand why system is displaying as Tier 1 (General) instead of Tier 1 (General) dependant.?

Did you select tier 1 dep or tier 1 g partner for the booking?

I think I selected the option as tier1 dependant.

-Family obtained theire previous extension in the UK. I am not sure whether to give the initial entry details when they moved to uk?

- I have applied for citizenship and waiting.I am not sure with the above question

M5; Under which category of the Points Based System has the main applicant applied?
Is it Tier1 General to mention even though I have ILR?
