English test for tier1 dependent extention

Hi All,
Anyone please can help,
My wife is due for tier1 dependent extention in may, is there any English language test requirements for her?

There doesn't appear to be an English Language requirement in 319C.

Please don't provide incorrect information and if you actually don't know the answer based on the question being asked, rather don't respond. The link you have provided is for a spouse settlement visa. The poster's wife is on a PBS Dependent visa which is a completely different category with different rules and requirements.

I can't see any such requirements in 319c.
Is this correct?she can apply without English requirement.
