Tier-1 (G) Dependent's Questions

Post by anusharma2306 » Wed May 17, 2017 1:06 pm

Hello
My query is regarding my Son's visa. He is on Tier 1 dependent Visa which is valid till october 2018.
My husband is the main applicant and has applied for his Naturalization in Feb 2017. And I have ILR. My son was born in India and my daughter is British Citizen ( born in UK).
Now my question is Since me and my husband we both have ILR, can we skip the ILR for my son and straight away apply for Naturalization / British Citizenship ?

A child born abroad is expected to hold ILR. Why did you not include your son with your applications?
