Thank you very much for the link! I checked mine and it says "decided" on 5th of June. Is the information accurate though? They say it is trial service.
It should be accurate from my understanding, Decided that means your application has been decided and hopefully in few days you should get your documents back :D , When did you send your application?

I just checked mine status it says descision awaiting. :(

I have received my coa in 22nd of February now waiting and I have tried all the case id/royalmail id/ coa number to track the application status but the link shows wrong I'd number so can't check but I would like to know how long it will takes after COA.

My son and wife both British and all the documents are upto date and it just I'm wondering why does it takes long to get the passport and my PR.

Thanks

BIO done on 21st of January, so less than 5 months ago. So far have not received the papers yet. It's a bit stressful - I know the decision has been made but don't know yet what it is. :-)

Hi Everyone,

EEA National - German

I'm hoping someone may be able to clear things up for me. First my timeline..

Sent PR application (via passport return service) 26th May 2017
Application Received: 29th May 2017

So, I'm getting married to a non-EEA (Australian) in November. His working visa expires in December/Jan. I am hoping that by the time we are married I will have received my PR, so he can apply for non-EEA PR as soon as.

From what I can tell it looks about 5 months before he would receive his residency. Will he be able to work as soon as he receives his CoA? I don't understand what a CoA is really. If he has to go back to Aus to wait for his CoA (as his work visa wll expire) will it still be valid?

Thank you so much for your help! I'm quite nervous.

Mona

It's weird. I received a letter from DX delivery to arrange delivery (I moved and use now Redirection mail). I guess, DX delivers the PR card, which is great. :-) The weird part is I didn't receive any letter or my passport or the rest of the documents.
