Check the status of your application online - New service

Hi!
Applied 13/04/2017 from NCS Walsall. Still now, my online status showing " Awaiting decision since 25 May"... But I have seen someone applied the same date with me on 13/04/2017, is status has been changed to decided from yesterday, updated on 02/08/20.

I am hoping mine for next week. All the best. Thank u

To be fair, they do say the online application status system is in beta, so there are probably all sort of bugs to be worked out when it comes to updating online statuses. However, I do agree that given how much it costs to apply for naturalisation, they could afford to communicate by first class post.

IHS number.
Royal Mail tracking number.

What should i enter now?

use case id with out the 0.

My CR numbers stopped working, was checking progress daily until now, both CR worked fine. The message is "Reference Number not recognized". What could it mean?

I think they have changed the website slightly, previously you could access it by going to

https://contact-ukvi.homeoffice.gov.uk/ ... m/XXXXXXXX

but now you have to go through

https://contact-ukvi.homeoffice.gov.uk/ ... visastatus

and enter the case ID which takes you to

https://contact-ukvi.homeoffice.gov.uk/ ... _ns/refno/

Note that the URL no longer contains the ID, so you can't just bookmark it

Hello all

When I checked my status this morning, using both my 'Our Ref: No of the acknowledgement letter and the Case reference No on the Bio metric letter, it showed awaiting decision.
When I checked just now again, using the 'Our ref' shows awaiting decision but the Bio metric letter Case reference shows DECIDED.

Mine was a family application of three (myself, spouse and son). My son's and spouse Case reference showing 'not recognized' (it always has been the case since using the link to check status as from June)

Has anyone got experience of family application? Does the DECIDED status apply to all the three? Am hoping so, as the acknowledgement letter did acknowledge receipt of documents for all the three applicants but addressed to me only.

Furthermore I had received letter from the HO (three weeks ago) regarding my son, who turned 18 during the naturalisation process, asking for £80 fee for ceremony for his application to be consideration, which I had sent the same day (i.e. three weeks ago). The letter had the same ref No as of the first acknowledgement letter addressed to my me in March,

Would appreciate if any member can shed some light on family application decision factor. Thanks.

Biometric done 4 april

Today i decided to check again using my reference number

And it says DECIDED on the 23rd of june.

It says i show get a letter within ten days

However it is more than ten days now,

Any advise as to what should i do?

Still showing not responding i used all case id number,payment number .But its showing only not reconginsed.

I tryed mate everything but it's not working.

Sent email to UKVI they confirmed my application is with case worker at the moment and I can expect decision any day hopefully.

Just to confirm I applied on 30th March and my application wasnt with caseworker until 25th of July.

Out of curiosity.. how long is between "Awaiting decision" and "decided" ? months? or weeks or day ?

lol, i know when was yours lastly updated. mine has been more than two months since lastly updated to awaiting decsion since 5th of june

Can you give me the email address of the home office to ask them the progress of my application, I apply in 14 of Feb they update my application to 11 of july from 25 of may, just worry about my application

i tried to check my status today and it said Reference number not recognised
inly the royal mail reference number had worked for me and its no longer recognised
any one with similar issue

Hi guys,
Someone know how long it takes to receive the decision letter (realistically)? My application was decided online on 27th July but I have still not received the letter. Shall I call Home Office or wait couple of more days?

you say 23 June? That's more than a month. Have you contacted homeoffice?

My reference number/ case number was not working

And do i refresh the the home office link page yesterday
And to my shock it worked I TRIED IT ALL DAY YESTERDAY

AND IT WORK

Just to certain i tried it today @ work and it says DECIDED 23 JUNE

I shall be calling tomorrow .

By the way use case no without 0

you are not from EU, it seems that EU applications take longer than non-EU?
