Look at BBC report

These issues have been highlighted so many times before but it makes no difference. They will keep delaying the applications. Applicants will keep suffering. This is how UKvI operates. I hope they will speed up the process.

I remembered the same on BBC in 2012, and after that they have speedup the cases of International students. Hope this will work again in the favour of the people are suffering for these long long delays

1001 days ..really unbelievable

Anyone suffering from long delays contact your local MP.

Contacting MP will make no difference as i spoke with my MP Secretary and she explained me in details that Government Stop MP to send HO any letter in relation to case status.

HO allocate 2 hours per week for MPs in which they ring HO and ask any application visa status . HO will only obliged to tell whether case assigned to case worker or case still waiting to assign case worker.


I applied on 9th March 2017,Mp contacted and HO said its been assigned to CW.When MP asked how long more it take its over 6 months now,HO replied it would not take long.


However,its almost a month after MP contacted to HO and still no update

Premium service is not available to Tier 1 Entrepreneur, so there's no choice for us other than waiting for months.

interestingly, the report doesn't mention anything about cases being on hold because of the Court Judgement regarding Financial Requirements/Children.

However, people also don't take into account the numerous applications which are submitted as delaying tactics also
