Tier 2 Dependent employment - Can I start working before main applicant?

Hi! My husband (main applicant) will be on a Tier 2 (general) Visa with a CoS start date of 1/2/2018. I will be his dependent, and I have been offered a job with a start date of 22/1/2018. I know that visas are usually issued for two weeks ahead of the CoS start date, so my question is, can I start working earlier than my husband as long as it's within the time-frame listed on my visa?

as long as u arrive in the uk with your partner (main applicant), you can start work before he does. But u must enter with or after main applicant.
