dependent visa enquiry

Hi

I am working in UK on a Work Permit. I am on deputation in UK - basically i work for an Indian IT company. The work permit is valid till August 2009.

If my wife come here on a dependent visa, will she be able to continue work in UK till August 2009 even if i were to go back to India in between for eg: lets say for 2 months in 2009.

Can she stay back and work in UK for the time that my work permit is valid irrespective of whether i am there in UK?

yes since her dependent visa is valid until august 2009 as well.

your absence for 2 months will not affect her right to work.
