Tier 1 General Dependent Husband British citizen

Post by MNB_26 » Mon Dec 04, 2017 8:56 pm

HI All,

My Wife is on Tier 1-General Dependent visa and her visa expires on March 3rd, 2018 and due to family commitments, I am going to apply for an early extension in Dec 2017.

My question is with the document checklist which I am going to submit with her application as I recently started a new Role in a new company and I lost one of my old pay slips(Old company) for the month of September and was wondering do I need to submit my payslips for her extension.

Please find the list of documents which I am going to submit,
1. Her original passport + copy.
2. (Main Applicant) Bank statements (3 months original) for proof of maintenance + copies.
3. 2 Photographs.
4. Last 3 years council tax bill (in joint name with the main applicant) + copies.
5. Last 3 months Water bill (in joint name with the main applicant) + copies.
6. Main applicant's passport (British Passport ).
7. Cover Letter.
8. Copy of Marriage certificate.
9. Rental Agreement Copy.

Any help/ comments would be Helpfull.

Many Thanks
MNB
