Tier 1 PBS dependent - IHS charging 600 pounds

Hi,
I am due to apply for Tier 1 general dependent visa for my wife, trying to get a premium service as she need to visit india soon, when attempt to fill the form online there was section to add IHS(immigratio health surcharge) mandatory field, when we try to pay its showing 600 pounds no option to change.

Q) I see there is charge for 200 per year, we just need one year before applying for ILR. Previous stay are 1st

dependent extension 31st dec 2013 to 12 april 2015
and second extension from 12th May 2015 to 12 May 2018.

I see they could charge 2 years but they charging for three years any reason?
Should we need to contact UKBA?

Any advise really appreciated.

If you are British or have ILR, then they will grant 3 years.

Hi, If the dependent is already on 3 years, the next extension should be 2 years right? 3 plus 2?

No. A PBS dependent extension is for 3 years, as the immigration rules stipulate this, when the main PBS migrant has obtained ILR or BC.
