PBS Dependant visa extension

Hi there

I am applying for visa extension for my wife, her current PBS Dependant visa expires in Feb 2018 (she got 3 year from Feb 2105)

I am now British citizen since June 2016, but her PBS dependant visa was granted on my ILR which I got in Jan 2015.
She arrived in UK in Dec 2013 as Tier 1 Dependant as my visa then was Tier 1 General.

So my query is should I apply her visa as FLR (M) and if yes would it reset her 5 year period since she would be eligible for ILR in Dec 2018 (as she entered UK in Dec 2013)

If not FLR (M) what minimum visa I should apply for her since we need only 10 months to be eligible for ILR.

Asking these many questions since no where I found British citizen dependant mentioned.

No. FLR(M) will reset her clock to zero and a new 5 years residence period.

PBS Dependent. It will be a 3 year extension.

many thanks for this advice, the only thing I cannot see in this PBS dependant form is British citizen being mentioned.

But I think I will submit a cover letter as well with application mentioning my status and visa route.

She applies alone, just follow the form. HO have all your details and history.
