Tier 1 pbs dependent imm health surcharge

Hi i applied teir1 pbs dependant and i amount for imm health surcharge i paid was £700+.
Visa leangth was from march 2017 till may 2018.
And i still havnt got any refund from them.. can any 1 please guide me where to contact them..?
As i checked and fee was £200 per year

Are you sure your visa wasn't extended for 3 years, as the immigration rules state??

I havnt applied for extension yet..
It will be in june 3rd
