The good news maybe for you is that she can be eligible for ILR based on long residence 28 days before of her visa expiry which means out of 1.5 months gap only 17-18 days gap left. Another question which I will be very grateful for your advice -
My will be eligible for PR based on 10 years continuous stay in September 2018 (she originally came in 2008 on a student visa, then PSW, then Spouse visa).
Her current Tier 1 dependent visa is due to expire in July, about one and half month short of when she can apply for her PR.
Is there any way the home office may show discretion and grant her PR in July if we apply, or is it best to extend Tier 1 dependent visa first and then apply for PR once fully eligible?
