UK spouse visa renewal- Process

Hello,

I am a British citizen and my wife got spouse visa in 2016 and its going to run out. I am now bit confused as what to do. She is not working and is a full house wife by her choice while spend some time in studying. I am in a full time work but I don't know requirements for this visa. Please can someone guide me in the right direction as after reading some forums on I am now bit confused as what to follow.
Her Resident Permit says visa type as "Spouse/Partner" Leave to Enter.

Anyone with any guidelines please help.

Your wife has to apply for a 2.5 year FLR(M) extension before her current visa expires.
