2nd Tier 4 Visa from Tier 2 Work Permit

Hi everyone,

I previously completed an MSc programme and graduated in 2011. I have been working in the UK since then. I am currently on a Tier 2 work permit which expires in December 2018. I would like to go for an MBA programme in September 2018 and would be looking to switch from Tier 2 to Tier 4.

Would I have any problems switching to this visa seeing that I have already previously completed a Masters programme in the UK?

This is a question for the Tier 4 sponsor. If they are happy to confirm on the CAS that the new course represents academic progression, you can apply in the UK. If not, you can only apply in your home country.
