Thanks Kaps84 and HARRRY. Below is the list of documents i send with mt application.
Business Graphic and website design
Application form and 2 photos
- Passports
- BRP
- Management Accounts and Accountant's letters etc
Director Loan Agreement.Current Appointment Report,
All My company letters from companies house and HMRC etc
last year Management Accounts
2 Full Time employees both at minimum wage from start(30 Hours per week) Employee one worked for more than two years and employee two worked for 16 months but as soon as second employee left i hired another for his position
Employees passport copies RTI-FPS etc
Personal Bank Statement showing the Maintenance funds.
Business bank statement for all three years.
Me and my team member maintained 50k in our personal account until we transfer those funds in our company account.So we provided all the personal joint statements for at least 2 years which show money was held in our account until transfer into business account.
Insurance Documents.
At least 30 to 40 graphic design projects printouts attached with application.
Few customer communication emails attached aswel.
Website printout and just one advertisement printout.
Just one strange thing happen on 10th july i received one text from Barclays bank that they require some important information on my business account and i will receive a letter soon (which i did not received till now). i never receive that kind of msg before and what i think HO maybe tried to verify my business statements as i sent digitally signed/certified copies of my business account (not stamped by bank) thats why my bank sent that message and on 13th july my application was approved.
I tried to give all the information regarding my application. Hope this will help others.
