Residence Card!! Did you apply for a Residence Card before you got married as an Extended Family Member.

At one point you mentioned you married in 2007 and applied for residance card then you said you married in 2008 this does it make sense

Did you marry in UK?

Now a Court of Appeal judgment on this very point. Time spent as extended family member without permit doesn’t count toward permanent residence.

Lord Justice Longmore highlighted that prior to the appellant’s marriage he was unlawfully present in the UK and therefore was no automatic presumption of status could be assumed.

10years married anniversary is in December next months.
Reconsideration has been submitted months ago.
My question is if the decision been taking when after 10years married anniversary would that help the out come of the resolution.

Just received my British citizenship today my reconsideration application been successfully and which you guys a good luck to all of you are waiting for decision. Never ever give of if you think somethings is wrong somewhere. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My application for naturalization was refused 05/2018.
Apply for reconsideration 07/2018.
Received a letter from migration management support team 11/2018.

My experience in this process ,when you received the letter that your case will be reopened their is an indication that your case have a chance to be successful by 70%

I have my British ceremony on 04/03/19.
the home just refund my money for reconsideration of my British naturalization application £ 292 after realising their made a mistake on my application . Is it possible possible to ask compensation?
