Restricted COS PDF(after sponsor note) for Tier 2 general visa

Hi,

I have an urgent query

Can we download a PDF after putting a sponsor note having the whatever he have updated in the SN or the only option is to take a screenshot of that sponsor note and attach it with RCOS?

If employer download the PDF after updating sponsor note then it will have that note in it.
