Can a UK refugee apply for US visitor visa on UK Convention Travel Document?

Hi folks,

I’m a UK refugee holding a 5 years UK visa. I want to visit US . I have got refused by Canadian Embassy because they don’t think that I would go back to the UK. As I know Canada and the US linked to each other, therefore I scare of getting refused again by US embassy. I wonder if there is refugee has got US visitor visa successfully?

P/s: I’ve been travelling many time this years in Europe and Asia.

Highly unlikely, it will be hard for you to prove ties to the UK and they will assume you are a possible immigrant to the US.
