Tier 2 (G) - Sponsor & Applicant Matters

Dear All,
I have been reading this forum for some time. Very informative.

My question is regarding sponsor application via SMS for RCoS. If it says pending it means the case is still pending but what are the timelines normally? In how many days the HO responds either with questions (asking for more information) or with approval/refusal? I have read the "HO Guidance for Staff on RCoS Allocations" document but it doesn't provide much information about the time in which an application should be wrapped up.
