Can my Australian spouse enter UK without EEA Family permit?

Hey everybody,

I'm a lithuanian citizen living and working in the UK and my spouse in an australian citizen.

Can she enter the uk without the eea family permit as my dependant? With just passport and marriage certificate?

yes, she can enter UK with 6 months visitor pass.
