Indian passport renewal - Other address

In the passport renewal online form there are 2 addresses to be mentioned -
Address to be printed on passport and Other address.

Does anyone know what we need to fill in the "Other address"?

1)Does it need to be the UK address or we can mention the same Indian address we want to be printed on the passport?

2) Particulars of person to be intimated in the event of death or accident - can this be India contact?

3)Local car driving Licence No - can this be UK licence?

4) Name and address of two relatives/friends - can this be India contacts?

1. I put in my UK address as "other address" as it also asked for a phone number (which the maina ddress didn't).

2. As I don't have any relatives or family in the UK, I put my husband's name who's in the US.

3. Yes, that's what "local" means

4. I'm sure they can be, again, someone might not have any friends/relatives in the UK.

I am renewing my Indian passport which is due to expire in 5 months and has my Indian address which is a valid address.
I just wanted to check that if we put UK address in the other address in the online form which sounds correct. However what do we will in Annexure E which also needs to be submitted as per VFS?

Annexure E is asking the following:

I, …………………………...(name), son/ daughter/ wife of Shri ………………………residing at
...……………………………………………………………………..……………………………..
Date of Birth ……………………… being an applicant for issue of passport, do hereby
solemnly affirm and state the following:
1. That the names of my parents and spouse are as follows:
(i) Father :
(ii) Mother :
(iii) Wife/Husband :
2. That I am a continuous resident at the above mentioned address
from……………………………………………………………………………………………

My question is do we put Indian address here or UK address in Annexure E.
