Biometric after second interview (fGM)

Hi all am bit confused
I was on dependant visa for 5years and have exhausted my right to renuew due to Ho have been rejecting my app...
Now have applied for asylum with my patner, 2kids
My daughter will be 8 years in 4month and I have son of 5.5 year but I didn’t include my baby bcz he was born after putting for application....
Have asked to do biometric after my interview...
Did I have any hope of been giving aslyee?

Due to my lil experience from a friend that is normal procedure after 2nd interview. They will ask you to go for biometric. I think is better to include the new baby to your claim.

Thanks for your reply....
I got my local MP involve and she sent letter to HO
After 2month they sent reply back to her and they said my case is complicated and it will take 16-20 weeks for them to sort it out ...

Hopefully I will hear good news soo ....
My solicitor also applied for right to work since my asylum is over a year so.....

Today my solicitor called me and said they have granted me right to work!

Any sign of me been granted before the 16- 20weeks that home office promised
