CoS UK id card

Post by MM24 » Tue Feb 26, 2019 1:47 pm

Hi
My future employer has listed my current brp in my rcos as my UK ID card number. Is this OK?

Will this cause any issues?

If so can we change it after it is assigned?

I just looked at my uCoS and that field was left blank, so I assume your BRP details there should not be a problem. However do add your NI number if you have one under the ID section.

Btw, if you are applying from within UK (as you already have BRP) then you may need uCoS and not rCoS.

What visa are you currently on?
My advice is based on personal research/experience, so pls check relevant UKVI sources.

I am on a T5 YMS and switching to T2. So unfortunately I need a RCoS.

My NI is added as well.

Tier 2 Application UK visit question

Post by MM24 » Sat Mar 09, 2019 1:12 pm

Hi,

I am applying for my T2 general visa at the moment and I have a question around the how many visits to the uk within the last 10 years question.

I have been on a T5 YMS for the last 2 years and have travelled into europe a few times, do I need to list each re-entry as another visit or just the 2 year stay of the YMS visa?

It is very important that you complete all of the details requested. If you fail to provide the UKVI with full information, then this could lead to an accusation of deception which then leads to a potential ban from the UK.
If you indicate ‘yes’ in any of these sections a box will pop up: then you need to enter following 3 details
Date of arrival
Departure Date
Purpose of the Trip

I think they will ask you from the last 5 most recent visits.
so In my opinion you need to enter the last 5 most recent visits to the UK, every time you leave and re enter on T5 YMS and have travelled into europe.
click on add button and then enter 5 most recent visits.

The call centre is outsourced to a third party, who are not always well trained and frequently give out wrong information and they take no responsibility for it either.

Tier 2 Application Questions

Post by MM24 » Sat Mar 09, 2019 8:19 pm

Sorry for my multiple posts, I will try and get all the questions into this one.

For salary do i list the gross salary including allowances on my listed on my CoS or my pre allowance salary?

Do i need to include old speeding fines from Australia (2015 and 2016) (paid) and if so what do i do if i dont remember exact dates (also do i need to include a fine from a UK council for driving in a bus lane by accident(also paid))?

For the question about medical treatment in the UK I have included as many times as i can remember does will this be ok?

Only certain allowance are counted. Usually it is only salary and any guaranteed 'other' payments. Presumably your salary on its own is at least £30k pa or whatever your SOC states, whichever is higher??

Does the form ask for this, ie speeding fines?
For the question about medical treatment in the UK I have included as many times as i can remember does will this be ok?
Should be fine.

It is a guarenteed oncall and car allowance and yes it is above 30k.
Do i need to include old speeding fines from Australia (2015 and 2016) (paid) and if so what do i do if i dont remember exact dates (also do i need to include a fine from a UK council for driving in a bus lane by accident(also paid))?

Forgive me for my ignorance on this but would this be under the fixed penalty notices? The form does not explain it very well.
