FLR FP application in but breaking up

I'm looking for some general advice. I am an overstayer and applied for a visa with my partner who I was with for 6 years.
We have now broken up and I'm wondering if anyone can advise me on my options.

I sign in the police station every month as well.... If I don't go to sign the book - will I go on the criminal records?

I'm thinking if going on the run and earning some money before going back to Jamaica
