Council Tax single occupancy discount and Tier 2

Hi all,

Just checking whether those with No Recourse... are allowed to claim the single occupancy discount for council tax? I think yes, but want to double check.

Just remember if anyone other adult moves in with you, you must inform the council and stop claiming the discount.
