The new guide requires

1) director duties
2) employes job desccription

do we have to provide them with ILR application if yes anyone has a template or idea what to include etc

Simply state the roles on an A4 sheet in pointers or a small paragraph. You know best what your employees or yourself do for your business.

Hi

Do we need to show employee start date on FPS, if yes how to show employee start date who is working since the start. For example, I am claiming employees from June 18 - May 19 but 1 of my employe started in 2016.

No. State date on application only

We have to mention employees hourly rate in the form. How can we enter more than one hourly rates as in my case rates changed during the year.

English Test

English test I used to claim point during my initial and extension application is expired but still on the accepted test list - can I use the expired certificate?

1) You must mention all previous rates. You can do so on the cover letter.
2) If the test is expired, you should have used the same for a previous immigration application. Also, both the test and the test centre should be on the approved list. Google the gov website for more details.
