What’s next after T1 Investor VISA approval ?

Need some help here. I applied for T1 investor visa on my own and I am required to transfer the fund within 3 months. I am in the process of doing that.

The question is, after the Investment is made, how do I report this to Home Office ? How frequent do I have to report this to Home Office and via which channel ? Do I have to send in physical copy or via online and how frequently do I have to do this ?

Could anyone guide me along on this ?
