[Urgent] UK Tier 4 Postgraduate Student VISA Curtailment Problem

Hi all,

I was withdrawn by university during second year study in 2014. In that time, I was holding a Tier 4 visa for MEng degree. Fortunately, a university accepted my application so I continue my third year study of BEng degree from 2017 to 2018. After a year out for working in the industry, I am eager to start my MSc study. An university provides me an offer that is very appealing to me. However, I am confused that would 5-years cap boundary limit my possibility of applying Tier 4 visa?

The university will calculate this for you before deciding whether they can issue a CAS for the MSc. Give them all of the information about the Tier 4 visas you have held, and any curtailments. You can also give them permission to check your immigration history with the Home Office if necessary.

Does that mean even the university don't know weather I am eligible for a suscessful applicationof visa or not?

I am giving you some informations about my visa duration.

MEng visa started on 22-09-2014 , Curtailled on 20-09-2016 due to withdrawn by uni.

Then transfer to other uni to continue BEng degree.
Visa started from 02-011-2017 and got expired on 31-05-2018

They will need to calculate it. That's why they need all the details about your previous visas.

If you want to check in advance that your new studies will be within the time cap for Tier 4 sponsorship, add together that previous leave, plus the leave you would get for the new course including the one month before and 4 months afterwards. That figure must be less than 5 years.
