Tier 2 Dependent applying for trainee doctor post

Hi,

I am a UK university graduate doctor. Currently in the UK on a Tier 2 Dependent Visa and working as a non trainee doctor.

My visa restriction states I can't work as a dentist/doctor in training. I would need to change to a Tier 2 visa. Has anyone been in this situation before? Can I apply for training from within the UK?

As its clearly written on BRP as tier 2 dependents are not allowed to work or train as a doctor/dentist.

You can change to Tier 2 General main applicant from home country not within UK.
