Just after a little advice and or guidance ......
I am on day 33 of the priority service, I have not been advised why my application has not met the timeline therefore, called to request escalation on day 32.
I was told I would have to wait 15 working days for a response in respect of the escalation alone. Does this sound right or did I just happen to get someone on the other-side who got this wrong?
I am confused as to why I would have to wait a further 15 working days for someone to give me information on the escalation.
