Count 5 years (minus 28 days) from the initial Tier 1 visa date. As the above link mentions, you can combine Tier 1 with Tier 2 if you are applying ILR under Tier 2.Garima wrote: ↑Sat Mar 02, 2019 11:56 amThank you for the reply.
I am still confused whether I can apply for ILR in May 2019. Since at present I am under Teir 2 (General) visa, so if I apply ILR this will be through Tier 2 (General) category.
My first 3 years were in Tier 1 (Entrepreneur ) visa and then I switched over to Tier 2 (General) visa. Currently, I am holding Tier 2 (General) visa so am I eligible to apply for ILR in May 2019.
